As the first snows cover the ski resorts of the Alps, the Club Med Live team is getting ready with you for a winter season packed with live and creative residencies.

Put on your moon-boots, adjust your fleece, take your favourite woolly hat, and let's discover the essential tips for a successful artistic residency in the mountains. ⛷️

Where will my artistic performances take place?

Co-creation is the key to success for your bookings with Club Med Live. Before your departure, we therefore invite you to talk to the Event Manager (your key contact at the Resort). His/her contact details can be found in the information sheet on your Resort's page on our website, as well as in the final pre-departure confirmation email.

The manager will contact you in the week before your departure, feel free to take the initiative too.  In the event of a no-qnswer, don't panic! Simply plan a meal or a coffee together on your arrival to get a better idea of the key moments of the week, the possible slots for your services and your target audience.

Above all, look around you and offer performances that inspire you 💡 On the slopes when you return from skiing at 4pm, on the grand piano in the Gourmet Lounge during a dinner, at an aperitif by the fire, on sunny terraces at midday - there's no shortage of opportunities.

I'd love to offer something for young audiences, is that possible?

With many children in the Resorts, we would be delighted to see you offer a performance adapted to this audience. Music lessons, musical naps, a concert during the children's evening, or creative workshops could be well received.

Work with the Events Manager and the Family Manager to create special moments for the youngest guests!

Packages, Equipment, Rooms, Transfers - What do you need to know?

In the 14 Club Med mountain resorts, middle range ski equipment is included for artists and their companions.

The ski pass is available on site at the negotiated rate of 160 euros per week, just like for G.O.s.

For your transfers, you will find the contact details of the person in charge of transfers in the confirmation email before your departure. You may ask to join a shuttle, subject to availability, at the Resort's discretion. If necessary, contact the Club Med reception at your destination.

If you come by car, you will be able to use the resort's car park free of charge, subject to availability.

The backline available and the specific features of the rooms, such as the number of people per room and the age of children authorised, are specified in the information sheet for your Resort.

Important reminder: 1 artist = 1 accompanying person (& 1 child aged 4 or under free at certain Resorts).

Will we be playing on the day we arrive?

This year, Christmas and New Year's Day fall on a Sunday, the day of your arrival.  It is therefore possible that the Resort will ask you to play on the day of your arrival. It's important to plan ahead with them.

You will, of course, have a day off during the week.

We sincerely hope that your creative week at altitude will be unforgettable. Don't forget to take beautiful photos of your creations in these idyllic surroundings 📷
