Canadian-Haitian artist, SPAICY first taught in Canadian high schools before choosing a career in music. SPAICY is well known for her dynamic performances and her profound lyrics that grab attention giving the audience an euphoric feeling that keeps them asking for more. Spaicy’s Music represents tradition and modernity which combines indigenous traditional Haitian rhythms with African origin and pop music delivered with deep soulful vocals in Creole, English and French.
She has performed on major stages such as: Francofolies de Montreal, Couleur Cafe Festival in Brussels, Couleur Jazz in Benin just to name a few. A recipient of Lojiq’s Grand Prize received in Québec city, Canada, a prestigious award given for Spaicy’s contribution to her humanitarian and artistic projects in Haiti, Spaicy was invited to perform and share a motivational speech at the UNESCO Youth forum in Paris, France.
